Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee position. The program develops you for management responsibilities across our store network by hands-on training and mentorship from General Management and Department Managers.

You will progress through the program to take on leadership roles and potential advancement within Menards’ 330+ store locations, corporate office, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to develop foundational management skills.
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to learn store operations and staffing.
• Prepare for a future management role across Menards locations.
