The paid, full-time training path is designed to develop tomorrow's store leaders as you work alongside General Managers, Department Managers, and team members to build a strong, customer-focused operation. As you progress, you will gain hands-on experience and be prepared to move into management roles across Menards 330+ locations, with opportunities for growth, promotions, and a promote-from-within

Qualifications

• Paying full-time Manager Trainee program to develop management skills.
• Promotion from within to multiple locations after program completion.
• Strong customer-service and leadership foundation required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn store operations.
• Develop customer service and leadership skills while supporting store teams.
