Love’s Travel Stops is offering an 11-week Retail Management Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced travel centers including food service and truck care. Interns will work with seasoned leaders to learn facility operations, team management, and exceptional customer service, helping professional drivers and travelers get back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program in business, management, hospitality, or related field.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care.
• Learn to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability.
• Develop team leadership, staffing, and employee development.
• Gain experience delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards.
• Understand and help enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Collaborate on a cross-functional project with interns and leaders across departments.
