Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Marketing Manager, focusing on Loyalty Program Marketing Initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive our customer loyalty marketing strategies. You will be responsible for leading a team to develop and implement advanced customer acquisition and retention strategies. This role will utilize your experience in marketing campaigns across various channels including outbound paid media, owned channels, e-commerce, and point of sale. This position requires a minimum of 7 years experience in Customer Loyalty, and Marketing Strategy, and at least 2 years of team management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, and overall program growth.
  • Lead a team to execute marketing campaigns across various channels including outbound paid media, owned channels, e-commerce, and point of sale.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, email, mobile, and social channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and execute strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Loyalty and Marketing Strategy.
  • Proven experience in developing advanced customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing people and developing and leading a strong and effective team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • This is a full-time, onsite role at our corporate headquarters — offering a robust relocation package to help make the move easy for the right candidate.
