TJ Maxx in Columbus, OH is seeking a Store Loss Prevention associate to support daily safety programs, work with store management, and deter theft. You will observe, communicate, and participate in investigations while upholding policies and promoting a safe, honest store environment.

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains relationships with Store Management and communicates incidents.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and deters theft in cooperation with management.
• Coordinates shrink related activities and supports shrink reduction goals.
• Completes paperwork accurately and maintains evidence; participates in investigations.
• Complies with labor laws and company policies; supports a safe store environment.
