Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-line Team Member at HomeGoods in Vienna, VA to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards. You will assist customers, deter theft through engagement, and support safe, smooth checkout procedures.

You will collaborate with Store Management and Loss Prevention on shrink-reduction initiatives and maintain a positive shopping environment. The position offers a starting pay range of USD 14.50 to 17.10 per hour and a comprehensive

• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
