Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated Logistics Associates in Paramus, NJ. You will engage customers, assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping. Maintain clean, safe work areas, and stay updated on promotions.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 30 lb, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail fulfillment or stocking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution experience preferred.
• Able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver world-class service and build lasting relationships.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments ensuring items are in good condition.
• Organize and label merchandise in stockroom for easy restocking.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor per standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe back-of-house and sales floor environment.
• Process price changes and merchandising bulletins accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping with secure packaging.
• Handle returns for online orders and update inventory systems.
• Proactively share feedback on operational and merchandising opportunities.
• Support promotions and marketing events to maintain strong merchandising presence.
