Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
• Organize and label received merchandise in the stockroom.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Prepare eCommerce orders for shipping and handle customer returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house and sales floor.
• Provide feedback on opportunities to improve operations.
