Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Sourcing, negotiating and executing both new deals and renewals with retailers
• Identify leasing prospects via building/maintaining relationships with tenants and leasing agencies
• Budget and forecast rental income to maximize revenue and evaluate retailers’ performance
• Develop and implement creative leasing strategies to improve merchandising mix and maximize income at the properties
• Prepare market studies, lease budgets and leasing activity reports for management

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, of which 2-3 years in a managerial capacity, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Leasing & Communications Manager
• Experience in Retail Management and multi stores management an advantage
• Fluent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
