Job summary

Stockdale Capital Partners is seeking a Retail Coordinator to support the leasing team with administration, analytics, and deal coordination in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The role provides exposure to leasing economics, tenant strategy, and asset repositioning while supporting leasing professionals across the lifecycle. This full-time position is based in Los Angeles or Scottsdale with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred in Real Estate/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in leasing coordination or real estate administration.
• Experience with a retail real estate owner/operator is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Docusign, and similar platforms.
• Yardi or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized digital files for LOIs, leases, amendments and related correspondence.
• Prepare, format and process LOIs, lease agreements and amendments.
• Input and track deal terms in internal software systems.
• Help prepare leasing packages, presentations and supporting materials for tenants and brokers.
• Coordinate documentation and communication to move deals from negotiation through execution.
• Maintain leasing dashboards, deal trackers and reporting tools.
