JOB SUMMARY
The Leasing Coordinator is accountable for supporting the operations and leasing brokerage team in the successful and timely execution of retail lease transactions and all tasks related to the leasing effort.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Real Estate or a business related field of study from an accredited university; and
- two to threeyearsof related experience; or
- Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Administrative:
- Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, scheduling department calls
- Process and reconcile business expenses; submit expense reports in Concur
- Perform duties in the support of various meetings including organizing and scheduling meetings; organizing and maintaining documents, preparing agendas and materials; monitoring audiovisual equipment; and taking/transcribing notes and meeting minutes.
- Manage incoming mail and packages, prepares and processes outgoing mail, mass mailings
Department Operations
- Support billing of department invoices
- Assist in tracking Real Estate Licenses for in-house team (Renewals, CE course)
- Assist in tracking renewals for retail and office listing agreements
- Support department special projects (ICSC planning)
Leasing Support
- Support the advancement of deal negotiations from LOI through lease execution, managing transition from deal closing to tenant coordination for assigned assets. This function requires:
- Preparing LOI proposals,
- Preparing commission agreements,
- Calculating and billing commission income
- Maintaining deal status and leasing files on VTS and DMS
- Completing "hand-off" at lease execution and serving as liaison between Leasing and Tenant Coordination
- Support the "deal readiness" process for(Atlanta)retailassets
- Support ongoing updates to marketing collateral and leasing plans by managing requests through Wrike
- Assist in preparing Powerpoint presentations and agendas for monthly concept approval meetings
- Manage research request for sales reporting, PlacerAI. Produces custom decks with help of research
- Provide general leasing support to brokerage and asset teams
IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Some travel and special events outside of the standard business hours may be required.

- Bluebeam and Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of:
- Retail and Office Real Estate
- Knowledge of MS Office & Outlook
- Knowledge of basic commercial real estate terminology, tools and skills.

Working Conditions:
- Responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, travel, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or attend special events.
