Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Lennon, Michigan. In this role, you will lead a team to provide excellent customer service and training while contributing to a productive and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred like Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
