Job summary

Pilot Company is offering a full-time, paid Field Leadership Academy Internship for Summer 2027. The 10-week program provides rotations through core store operations, guest service, and leadership tracks, with mentorship from senior leaders and a capstone project to guide business objectives.

Participants gain hands-on experience, travel within host markets, and a personalized career development plan aimed at future store leadership roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date within 6 to 12 months following the internship.
• Strong interest in retail operations, hospitality, business management or leadership development.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics or volunteer activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 10-week rotational leadership experience across key areas of Pilot's operations.
• Support daily store operations, team leadership, guest service, and operational execution.
• Shadow store, regional, and divisional leaders to understand leadership culture and strategy.
• Explore cross-functional areas including store and food operations, HR, and field support functions.
• Complete a capstone project with recommendations to support business objectives.
• Build relationships with leaders and mentors for ongoing professional development.
