Job summary

The Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations, merchandising, and guest service as part of our leadership development program. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management.

This internship emphasizes hands-on training in sales, product knowledge, and store processes, with opportunities to lead small initiatives, receive feedback, and participate in weekly progress reviews while pursuing

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide legendary assistance.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and upsell with product knowledge.
• Operate POS, balance cash drawers and handle transactions.
• Maintain neat, shoppable store and display merchandise.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to learn Buckle’s merchandising and processes.
• Help with recruiting, training and leadership development duties.
• Complete internship duties and provide weekly progress updates.
