Job summary

Buckle in League City, TX is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations while learning retail management. You will engage Guests, assist with merchandising, cashiering, and routine tasks under supervision of the Store Manager.

The internship covers sales generation, guest service, training support, and basic Loss Prevention. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build customer relationships, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a four-year college.
• No prior experience required.
• Customer service orientation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and build a wardrobe with recommended items.
• Open and close cash registers and handle basic POS procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices.
