Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a motivated leader to design eLearning and guide a team within our Goodwill Movement. The role focuses on open communication, staff development, and maintaining a positive work environment aligned with our core values.

You will oversee store operations, payroll, safety, and donor relations, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. The position emphasizes world-class customer service, budget adherence, and staff leadership under Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a business (retail) setting preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure open and honest communication that encourages team members not to place donors or customers in harm’s way.
• Hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members within Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Develop, train, and supervise Assistant Team Leaders and Front-End Key Holders for future advancement.
• Operate the GGC within budgeted expense to revenue ratios and donor value.
• Schedules/labor and payroll in accordance with Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with CARF standards.
