Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Maintain an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and train team members.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and perform other duties.
