Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador with leadership presence to inspire the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor in our Columbia store. You will drive brand initiatives, support recruitment and training, and help achieve store goals.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of lead supervision experience in retail, a growth mindset, and the ability to analyze sales data to improve performance while maintaining Coach’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
• Provides necessary feedback and guidance geared to improve individual performance on all levels; holds team accountable for achieving goals
• Adheres to Company policies and store operational procedures
