Job Overview:
Thomas & Galbraith, in partnership with Home Depot, provides customers with Heating and Cooling options, including replacements, tune-ups, and indoor air quality services. As a Lead Generator team member, your role involves identifying potential customers through engaging, friendly conversations. The main goal is to schedule service appointments for Heating and Cooling offered by Thomas & Galbraith.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Enjoys face-to-face interactions; outgoing, energetic, self-motivated
- Capable of managing emotions when faced with rejection
- Maintains a positive and optimistic attitude
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Active listener, able to ask open-ended discovery questions
- Can intuitively gauge customer interest
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Confident in moving conversations towards a decision and securing appointment commitments
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- Proficient with smartphones, apps, email, and text messaging
- Willing to work weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance that reflects well on the company and Home Depot.
- Utilize HVAC kiosks, displays, and end caps within Home Depot to promote HVAC products and services.
- Engage with prospective customers during their shopping experience.
- Proactively greet customers, conduct informative conversations, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
- Build and sustain relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
- Educate customers and store employees about the HVAC program.
- Meet program KPIs and goals.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
