Job summary

Stio Mountain Studio Retail Lead in Castle Rock, CO, is a full-time hourly role requiring leadership in opening/closing duties and training new staff. You will drive exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and store standards in a Mountain Studio location.

Ideal candidates thrive in a team environment, handle two-way communication with managers, and maintain visual merchandising and inventory processes while supporting a welcoming community space for customers visiting Outlets at Castle

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proactive self-starter, multitask and communicate with managers.
• Commitment to an inclusive and supportive space for every person.
• Computer proficiency and POS experience.
• Email and phone communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Team-oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Multitask while prioritizing the customer experience
• Coordinate same-day response needs to scheduling coverage
• Provide feedback and guidance with the team to align with store, service, and role expectations
• Oversee and support all opening and closing duties in the absence of Managers
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems to research products and complete transactions
• Join our newest team at the Outlets at Castle Rock with enthusiasm ready to create a welcoming space for the community and our customers
