Job summary

Adidas is seeking Leads to drive excellence in a dynamic retail environment in Michigan. You will be a Brand ambassador, guiding store associates, creating emotional connections with customers, and delivering advanced selling experiences.

Availability for evenings and weekends is required. Ideal candidates bring 12+ months in retail, strong English communication, and the ability to lead discussions while maintaining high standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Guide store associates and create an emotional connection with customers.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Operate a Brannock device and other retail tools as required.
• Remain flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
