ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions. Pay ranges from $17.00–$19.00 per hour plus commission incentives, with typical earnings $20–$30 per hour.

Schedule is Sunday through Thursday with weekends required; location Evans, GA. Flexible part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
