Job summary

adidas is seeking Leads who can inspire teams, engage customers, and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment in New Jersey. You will mentor associates, lead discussions, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining strong product knowledge.

Availability must include evenings and weekends, and you will use POS systems and MS Office in daily tasks to support sales and operations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 12 months of retail experience

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in a retail environment
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead discussions in diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Lead store discussions and guide team members.
• Create an emotional connection with customers and exceed expectations.
• Operate POS and MS Office software as needed.
