Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and kitchen utensils.
• Keep the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and food sanitation requirements.
• Protect company assets and security.
