Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests and responding to their needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest comments or questions professionally.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control.
• Conduct store inventory counts and manage merchandise.
• Support store management in meeting sales goals.
• Count and reconcile business transaction totals.
• Check shipments for discrepancies and report them.
• Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately.
• Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of management.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures.
