Job summary

GameStop in Yuma, Arizona is looking for a Retail Keyholder to assist store management and provide outstanding guest service. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities.
• Provide best-in-class guest service.
• Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and organized.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately.
• Address guest questions in person or on the phone.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock merchandise.
