Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service.
• Support the overall shopping environment.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately.
• Address guest comments or questions.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits.
• Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and organized.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control.
• Conduct store inventory counts and restock merchandise.
• Support management in meeting sales and profit goals.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals.
• Check shipments for discrepancies.
• Process defectives/recalls accurately.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures.
