Job summary

Clarks seeks a part-time Team Lead for our Auburn Hills, MI store. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, drive daily sales, organize merchandise, oversee shipments, and train staff to uphold Clarks standards.

You will deliver outstanding customer service while promoting product knowledge and brand values. Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell multiple items when appropriate.
• Represent and exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a welcoming work environment for colleagues.

• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
