Team Member Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Wow the Customer – Consistently deliver exceptional service to salon professionals
• Deliver Results – Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and sales, process transactions, replenish merchandise, and maintain store appearance

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

Salary Range:

From: $15.80

To: $17.80
