Overview

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is the premier wholesale distributor in the United States of the finest salon professional beauty brands. We are seeking qualified candidates for our Retail Key Holder Part-Time position.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver outstanding customer service to salon professionals
2. Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and manage merchandise
3. Gain product knowledge and share beauty trends
4. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
5. Maintain store appearance and participate in inventory processes
6. Act with integrity in all interactions

Qualifications

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Retail or related experience preferred
3. Basic reading and math skills
4. Ability to operate POS systems; SAP experience is a plus
5. Availability to work weekends
6. Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED preferred
7. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shifts

Compensation

Salary ranges from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour.
