Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and process transactions
• Maintain store appearance, participate in inventories, and ensure product replenishment
• Gain and share product knowledge and beauty trends
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
• Strive for excellence and growth opportunities
• Act with integrity at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Availability to work weekends as required
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift

Compensation

Starting from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour
