Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales, and products
• Process transactions, replenish merchandise, and maintain store appearance
• Gain product knowledge and share beauty industry trends
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
• Commit to personal and professional growth
• Act with integrity at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point-of-sale systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Availability to work weekends as required
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift

Starting pay ranges from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour.
