Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and products
• Process transactions and manage merchandise
• Maintain store appearance and participate in inventories
• Gain and share product knowledge and beauty trends
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Commit to personal and professional growth
• Act with integrity at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use POS systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Availability to work weekends
• Minimum 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shifts

Compensation

Salary Range: From $16.80 to $18.80 per hour
