Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a motivated retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice in a fast-paced store environment.

You will educate customers on current promotions, manage transactions at the POS, and assist with merchandising, inventories, and store upkeep while enjoying growth opportunities within the L’Oréal USA family.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/walk during shift.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals and retail customers.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
