Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking qualified candidates to deliver exceptional customer service and expert beauty product knowledge in a retail setting.

You will educate customers, promote promotions, handle sales and returns, and participate in inventories while maintaining an appealing store environment. This role offers growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals and consumers.
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and provide a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
