SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder in Phoenix, AZ. Join our premiere wholesale distributor of salon professional beauty brands and support a dynamic store team with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include selling high-quality beauty brands, educating customers on promotions, maintaining store appearance, and participating in inventories. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred).
• 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/walk during shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no immigration sponsorship.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

• From: $15.60
• To: $17.60
