Team Member Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, process transactions, and maintain store appearance
• Gain product knowledge and share beauty trends with customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
• Commit to personal growth and act with integrity

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use POS systems; SAP experience a plus
• Availability to work weekends
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for the shift duration

Salary Range: $15.60 - $17.60 per hour
