Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals.
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and products.
• Process and replenish merchandise, participate in inventories, maintain store appearance, and handle transactions.
• Gain product knowledge and share industry trends with customers.
• Work collaboratively in a positive team environment to achieve goals.
• Commit to excellence and personal growth.
• Act with integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Minimum age of 18 years and a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/walk throughout shifts.

Compensation

Starting from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour.
