Team Member Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and process transactions
• Gain product knowledge and share beauty trends with customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Commit to personal growth and excellence
• Act with integrity at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized POS systems; SAP experience a plus
• Availability to work weekends
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/walk throughout shifts

Salary Range

From $15.60 to $17.60 per hour
