Team Member Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and products; process transactions; maintain store appearance; participate in inventories
• Gain and share product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Commit to personal and professional growth
• Act with integrity at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use POS systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Availability to work weekends
• 18 years or older; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

Salary Range

From $15.60 to $17.60 per hour
