Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with leadership tasks, including acting as manager on duty to handle customer service, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers
• Lead and model selling and customer experience standards
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies
• Set daily/shift goals for associates
• Build customer loyalty through engagement and gathering contact information
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Maintain policies and procedures
• Assist with floorsets, visual displays, signage, etc.

Qualifications

• Preferably an existing sales associate aspiring to management
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
• Proven selling and operational results
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends and peak times
• Ability to coach associates in the moment
