Job summary

Huk Gear is hiring a Part Time Key Holder to assist in opening/closing, merchandising, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will support store leadership, train new team members, and help manage inventory while staying focused on sales goals.

The role requires reliability for daytime/evening shifts, a basic math/computer use ability, and a passion for retail. Weekly pay and employee discount are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a key holder or supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the store per company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in merchandising and visual presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help train and mentor new team members in store operations and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Actively engage in sales goals and contribute to meeting targets.
