Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and ensure exceptional customer service in our New Jersey store. You will help with shift coverage, supervise Sales Associates, and uphold brand standards, store cleanliness, and visual presentation.

Qualifications include 2–4 years in retail, 1 year supervisory experience, availability nights, weekends, and holidays, and fluency in English. You must be 18 or older and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Availability must include nights, weekends and holidays
• Effective customer engagement skills
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder; lift minimum 10 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak)

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to cover shifts and, at times, supervise Sales Associates
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in line with the company selling model
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization and visual presentation
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly
