SKECHERS USA, Inc. recherche un(e) Key Holder à Wethersfield, CT, pour un poste à temps partiel. Vous offrirez une expérience client de qualité et assurerez le bon fonctionnement quotidien du magasin.

Vous superviserez les opérations, gérerez l'ouverture/ fermeture, et encadrerez l'équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en veillant à la propreté et à la sécurité. Ce rôle exige de fortes compétences en communication, de l'initiative et la capacité de travailler selon un planning

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent souhaité.
• Expérience en service client ou vente au détail appréciée.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relation client.

Responsibilities

• Servir les clients et conseiller sur les produits Skechers pour assurer une expérience client optimale.
• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture.
• Encadrer et soutenir l'équipe dans le service client, la vente et les tâches opérationnelles.
• Contribuer à atteindre les objectifs de vente et à maintenir un environnement propre et organisé.
• Gérer les stocks et le merchandising selon le plan du magasin.
• Identifier et résoudre proactivement les défis en magasin.
