Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and mentor team members. This entry-level leadership role helps oversee daily tasks, assist in achieving sales goals, and maintain a premium shopping environment.

You will engage customers, supervise opening/closing, manage inventory, and resolve issues to ensure great service. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is needed and prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support associates in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Manage merchandising, restock products, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and coordinate with management to meet needs.
• Problem solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to improve the shopping experience.
