SKECHERS USA RETAIL, LLC is seeking a Floor Leader (Key Holder) in New Jersey. The role supports store operations, mentors staff, and drives customer service excellence. The position offers an entry-level management pathway with competitive pay and meaningful discounts for Skechers products.

You will supervise daily operations, guide team members, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining Skechers’ premium store standards and shopping environment.

Responsibilities
