Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or retail management.
• High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Work with the team in sales presentations to overcome objections and close additional sales.
• Develop selling skills in team members to achieve store goals.
• Provide first response to difficult associate and/or customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide outstanding customer service to Helzberg Diamonds' guests.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates.
