Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift 10–50 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers with the objective of improving sales storewide.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for other store team members to follow.
• Assist store and department managers with Janitorial duties
• Cleaning and re-stocking restroom supplies
• Trash removal from all work areas
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas throughout the store
• Dusting and light window cleaning
• Mopping of floors with machine and with manual mop
