Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a clean and inviting shopping environment that aligns with store standards
• Perform floor maintenance: sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff as needed
• Clean and sanitize checkstands, counters, and high-touch surfaces
• Promptly identify and clean spills or hazards to maintain safety
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Maintain outside areas such as sidewalks and planters
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
