About the Role

Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire office is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our retail investment sales team. We offer a proven agent development model with significant earning potential within a collaborative environment.

This posting is for an independent contractor real estate salesperson position.

Typical Day for Our Agents

• Develop new business through client outreach, including cold calls (60+ per day), meetings, and industry events
• Advise clients on investment real estate goals, including valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Prepare property analyses such as Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparables, and research
• Stay informed on local market trends and industry developments
• Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
• Network with industry professionals and prospect new clients
• Negotiate listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sales Agreements
• Participate in training and ongoing skills development workshops
